Day 22, Easter
I took Cody for a walk around the neighborhood. When I got back, Olivia was up. She is too young to understand Easter but that didn't stop the Easter bunny from bringing egg-shaped chalk and shakers. Olivia figured out what to do with both.
We packed up the car while she napped and when she woke up, we took some family photos before Denis and I had to say goodbye.
We took the ferry, along with a lot of other cars, back to Bainbridge and then drove back to Port Townsend.
Easter dinner was lovely. Susan is a wonderful cook. Their daughter, Liz, and neighbor, Barb, joined us for dinner. It was a celebration fitting of Easter and the 2 year long dinner-party draught.
Tomorrow, we begin to head back.
