Day 20, Guess Who's One

Happy Birthday, Olivia!
After walking the dog, I headed out again. This time to one of the many local coffee and pastry shops, Moonrise. The house was low on coffee beans and I wanted to try Olympic.

I joined Colleen on a quick grocery trip to Met Market. It's a kind of PNW Wegmans. We picked up the the cake and a few other items for Olivia's birthday party. I love Met Market. I would definitely shop there if I had the opportunity.

Denis and I joined Olivia and Kathleen at the playground. She loves the swing and Grandpa enjoyed pushing her.

Next stop in the playground was the sand box. Lots of kids have left play things behind so we sat down and began to dig and explore. Olivia enjoyed having her hands in the sand and using the shovels.

While she was napping, Denis and I were given the task of blowing up 30 balloons. Luckily, we had our bike pump with us but even then it took more than a few minutes.
We celebrated Olivia's birthday when she woke up. Colleen, Alex, Kathleen, Denis, and I sang before she dug into her first taste of cake.

Alex made pizza in his Ooni pizza oven and we spent the evening watching and enjoying Olivia. We felt so blessed to be able to celebrate with her.
